EMB Solicitors is based in Chatham in Kent. Being situated in close proximity to Medway County Court, only a short distance from Maidstone County Court and not far from Ashford Employment Tribunals, makes us an ideal choice for agency instructions at all levels and in all disciplines.

What we can offer you

Our Agency team offers an efficient professional and affordable service, delivered by lawyers with extensive advocacy and agency experience and backed up by systems and support to ensure same day reporting on any outcomes.

We can also arrange for proceedings to be issued and documents filed at Medway and Maidstone County Courts.

Instructions can be emailed or faxed for hearings on the same day;
Instructions will be acknowledged by return;
We offer same day reporting by telephone on the outcome of any hearings;
A written report will follow detailing the outcome and informing you of any specific issues of note which may have arisen during the hearing

Our charges

Most of our agency work is charged at an affordable fixed rate. However we are always happy to discuss our charges particularly in cases where volume instructions are expected.
